gtkglext and gtkglextmm unofficial MSVC projects

There are no ofiicial support for MSVC in gtkglext and gtkglextmm projects. I find only refferences that someone build this.You may download sources of gtkglext(mm) from http://sourceforge.net/projects/gtkglextand then try to build them with my VC projects filesWarning! I have a trouble with mm examples they crash at end!
